Philipppe Chambon

Philippe Chambon MD, PhD, is an accomplished leader in the biotechnology and healthcare investment sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO at EG427 since May 2019, focusing on innovative gene therapy solutions for Peripheral Nervous System diseases. Philippe is also the Vice Chairman of the Board and founder of Atias Pharmaceuticals and previously held significant roles, including Chairman of the Board of Directors at Novadiscovery and Venture Partner at LBO France, where investments were made in digital health. Philippe's prior experience includes Senior Advisor at New Leaf Venture Partners, where substantial fundraising efforts were made, and Managing Director at The Sprout Group, leading investments in notable biotech firms. Philippe holds an MD, PhD from Université Paris Cité, an MBA from Columbia University, and a DEA in Microbiology from Institut Pasteur.
