Kathryn A. Pearson

Kathryn A. Pearson, PHR, serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Novae LLC since November 2021. Prior to this role, Kathryn held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Lutheran Life Villages for a brief period in August 2021, and served as Director of Human Resources at Peabody Retirement Community from September 2014 to August 2021, overseeing HR functions for a 350-employee campus with two direct reports. Kathryn's earlier experience includes managing HR at Stanley Engineered Fastening, Tucker GmbH for a 120-employee manufacturing facility, and various HR roles at Peabody Retirement Community, Dean Foods, Bippus State Bank, and Wells Fargo. Educationally, Kathryn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
