Digital Art Director at novae

Lina María Alarcón has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 2020 to the present, they have worked as a Digital Art Director at novae, where they focus on strategic digital design, creating disruptive user experiences, and developing digital assets. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2019, they served as the Marketing Manager at COLGRUAS SAS, where they were responsible for designing marketing plans for tower crane commercialization in Chile, Colombia, and Peru. Lina María also coordinated web interfaces for training and project projection. Before that, from 2010 to 2015, they worked as the Director of BTL Accounts at TXT Agencia Transmedia - P&A Productions, leading creative projects and managing a multidisciplinary team. From 2006 to 2010, they held the position of Strategic and Creative Director at Caracol Televisión, overseeing strategies, graphic content, and development for the Spider Digital Signage system. Lastly, from 2002 to 2006, they served as the Director of Interactive Media at Tvoconectado, focusing on the design and structuring of interactive projects.

Lina María Alarcón has a diverse education history. In 1995, they began their studies at the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, where they pursued a degree in Profesional en Diseño Gráfico, specializing in graphic design. Lina María successfully completed their degree in 2001.

In 2006, Lina María Alarcón enrolled in the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano once again, this time for a Diplomatura in Comunicación Visual y Técnicas Publicitarias, with a focus on visual communication and advertising techniques.

In 2015, Lina María Alarcón attended the Politécnico Grancolombiano, where they undertook a Diplomatura in Convergencia y Marketing Digital, emphasizing convergence and digital marketing. Their studies in this field lasted until 2016.

More recently, in 2018, Lina María Alarcón participated in a Diplomatura program in Gestion de Marketing Estratégico at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. This program helped their gain knowledge and skills in strategic marketing management, and it was completed within the same year.

Throughout their education, Lina María Alarcón has shown a dedication to developing their skills in various areas such as graphic design, visual communication, advertising techniques, digital marketing, and strategic marketing management.
