In their previous role as the Chief Technology Officer at CryptMi, Yovani played a crucial role in developing an utility token based on the Ethereum Platform that offers interoperability between loyalty programs, marketplaces, merchants, and the crypto liquidity market. This token aims to enable widespread adoption of crypto assets as a tool to increase purchase power and as an investment method.

Before joining novae and CryptMi, Yovani had a long tenure at Amadeus, where they held several leadership positions. As the Head of Delivery Services for Retail Business Travel AMERICAS, they managed the delivery of Amadeus solutions in the region. Yovani Andrés also served as the Project Delivery Manager Latam and the Head of Delivery Americas, where they handled relationships with local commercial leaders, coordinated and provided effort estimations for regional opportunities, and ensured successful project implementation.

Prior to their time at Amadeus, Yovani served as the IT Director for Latin America at L'alianxa Travel Network, where they unified technology across 18 countries, led market research, and implemented and certified API and web services processes for different suppliers.

Earlier in their career, Yovani was the IT Manager at Viajes Aeromedellin, where they oversaw the company's technology department and managed the technical infrastructure. Yovani Andrés also worked as the Information Technology Coordinator at Felix B. Maduro, where they managed commercial sales, technical infrastructure, and developed software using Visual Basic.
