Bart van den Boogaard

Bart van den Boogaard is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social reintegration and support for individuals facing challenges in their lives. As the owner of NovaFarm-Grip since January 2015, Bart van den Boogaard focuses on providing opportunities for personal development through work and living on a farm. Previously, Bart van den Boogaard served as a case manager at Novadic-Kentron, where reintegration programs were offered to formerly incarcerated individuals and substance abusers. Additionally, Bart van den Boogaard worked as a begeleider/trainer at GRIP B.V., guiding and training individuals with similar backgrounds. Bart van den Boogaard began a career in social work as a groepsleider at Koraal Groep from 2002 to 2008 and holds a degree from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
