Doug McKinzie

Doug McKinzie has extensive work experience in various management and leadership roles in the transportation, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. Doug started their career in 1977 as a Process Engineer at Olin CO and later joined Sherwin-Williams, where they served as a Senior Process Engineer. Doug then moved on to Avery Dennison, where they held multiple roles including Plant Manager and Director of Operations in Australia and New Zealand. Doug later joined Novagard as the Vice President of Transportation & Industrial. Throughout their career, Doug has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, quality management, and operations.

Doug McKinzie attended Cornell University from 1973 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
