Mariam Baidauri

Mariam Baidauri is an R&D Engineer Intern at Novagard, optimizing mixing processes with MixIT software and conducting advanced testing to enhance supply chain resilience. At Case Western Reserve University, involvement as an Undergraduate Research Assistant focuses on developing a high-performance thermosetting resin in a green chemistry project. Previous experiences include internships as a Chemical Vapor Deposition Engineer at Soliyarn and a Laboratory Assistant at UWC Dilijan College, where laboratory operations and experimental techniques were supported.
