Mark Spindler

Mark Spindler is an experienced executive in the sales and marketing sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Markets at Novagard since May 2025. Prior to this role, Spindler held the position of Sales Executive for Silicones at Elkem ASA, focusing on the electric vehicle sector from June 2022 to May 2025. Spindler contributed to the establishment of Vianode, a division of Elkem ASA, as Business Development lead for North America, where work included building a customer base and securing production contracts for EV battery materials. Additional roles include Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Kern-Liebers USA, Global Director of Marketing and Sales Administration at Federal-Mogul Motorparts, and various positions within Federal-Mogul and other companies. Spindler holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Business Administration from Oakland University.
