Stephane Delsol has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1991 when they worked as an Auditor for Europe Consultants. After nine years, they moved to Neuf Cegetel, where they held the roles of Consolidation Manager and Accounting Manager until 2000. From 2009 to 2013, they served as CFO for Stanfeel Group, followed by a three-year stint as CFO for SDW Services. Since 2016, they have been CFO for Structure & Rehabilitation, and in 2021 they became Group CFO for Groupe Novair.

Stephane Delsol completed a Diplome d'Etudes Superieures Comptables et Financieres (D.E.S.C.F.) at ENOES from 1999 to 1999.
