Tim McGuckin

Tim McGuckin is a Partner and Director of Business Development at Novak Francella LLC, having joined the firm in March 2017 in the Philadelphia office. Prior to this role, Tim spent 18 years as the Director of Business at a labor organization with over 200,000 members. Tim's professional journey began at the New Jersey Education Association, where Tim served as Director of Business from September 1999 to February 2017. Tim holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing from Villanova University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
