Eric Dawson

Eric Dawson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Eric recently served as the President and Chief Managing Officer at NovaLash since July 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Medical Device Sales Territory Manager at Smiths Medical from March 2017 to March 2018. Eric also held the same position at Gyrus ACMI L.P. from April 2006 to October 2016. Before entering the medical device industry, Eric worked as a Biotechnology Sales Consultant at ICOS from August 2003 to April 2006. Eric started their career in the pharmaceutical industry, serving as a Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant at Pharmacia Corporation from March 1998 to August 2003. Additionally, Eric gained valuable experience as a Disability Benefit Specialist at Unum from May 1993 to January 1997.

Eric Dawson has participated in various executive education programs at top institutions. Eric attended the Wharton Executive Education and completed the Wharton Executive Leadership and Management Program. Additionally, they attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for the Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program. Eric also enrolled in the Harvard Business School Executive Education for the Harvard Power and Influence Program, as well as the Cornell Executive Education for the Cornell Leadership Psychology Program.

Furthermore, Eric received specialized training in negotiation through the Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School. Eric holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Psychology from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Lesley University.

In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained certifications in various fields. Eric completed the Behavioral Economics and Design Program offered by Irrational Labs, and they obtained the Certified Social + Emotional Intelligence Coach certification from the Institute for Social + Emotional Intelligence (ISEI). Eric also completed the Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Training Program offered by Goleman EI. Furthermore, they hold certifications in Double-Goal Positive Coaching, Dr. Allan Golberg Sports Psychology, National Youth Sports Coaching, and VIRTUS - Protecting Gods Children.
