Alessandro Taddei

Alessandro Taddei has extensive experience in the field of drug discovery and development. Alessandro is currently the Director, Business Development Drug Discovery at NovAliX, where they support emerging biotech companies and identifies potential business and scientific areas for growth. Alessandro also conducts proactive research of potential clients and collaboration opportunities. Prior to this, Alessandro worked at Syneos Health as an Associate Director, where they were responsible for scientific advising and leading assets. Alessandro also served as the Pharmacology Operations Manager, overseeing various pharmacology activities and developing customer relationships. Alessandro has also worked at Nestle Skin Health S.A. as a Research Investigator and at Axxam as a Principal Scientist and Research Scientist. Alessandro started their career as a Research Fellow at Giannina Gaslini Hospital.
