Daniel Comas Martinez

Daniel COMAS MARTINEZ currently serves as the Director of Translational Pharmacology and Head of Metabolic and Kidney Diseases at NovAliX since July 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions at Galapagos from September 2010 to July 2023, culminating in the role of Director Translational Pharmacology and Senior Therapeutic Area Lead, focusing on Osteoarthritis and Metabolism. Daniel's earlier experience includes serving as a Scientist Investigator at GlaxoSmithKline from March 2006 to September 2010 and completing a post-doctoral position at CNRS from January 2001 to March 2006. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from a university in Barcelona between 1992 and 1996.
