Frank M.

Frank M. has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Frank served as the Senior Director of Business Development at NovAliX, where they actively built new accounts across Europe and North America. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Development at Graffinity Pharmaceuticals GmbH. Frank also worked at Solvias AG as the Sales & Business Development Manager, where they successfully implemented sales growth strategies and pioneered the use of webinars for biosimilars.

Before joining Solvias AG, Frank worked at Syngenta as the Principal Biochemist, where they were responsible for analytical method development and validation for biopharmaceuticals. Frank also defined GLP analytical packages for the characterization of proteins expressed in plants GMOs.

Frank's earlier experience includes working at AstraZeneca as an R&D Planner, where they obtained significant grant funding for research and played a key role in strategic business reviews. Frank also served as a Chemist in Process Research & Development at ICI.

Frank began their career as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of Southampton and the University of Geneva, and they completed their PhD at Nottingham University.

Frank M. obtained a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham from 1977 to 1980. Prior to that, they completed a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the same institution from 1974 to 1977. Frank M. also attended Banbury School from 1969 to 1974, where they obtained 5 A Levels in science and maths. Additionally, they obtained certification as an Advanced Cyber Graduate from Riot in May 2023.
