Basil Issa

Basil Issa's work experience began in 2008 as an Emerging Capital Markets Strategist - Analyst at BNP Paribas Investment Banking. In 2009, they transitioned to Sales and Trading - Blue Chip Corporates at the same company. From 2012 to 2013, they worked in Crude Oil Markets at PetroChina Co. Ltd. In 2014, Basil founded Atentel, an outsourced Contact Centre service, where they served as the Founder and CEO until 2019. During their time at Atentel, they worked with major Nordic brands and generated significant revenue. In 2019, Basil co-founded and became the CEO of Novaluz Energía PYMES, a clean energy company focused on connecting entrepreneurs and business owners to clean energy solutions. The company has been ranked as the No. 1 Best Place To Work in Spain by Great Place To Work in 2022.

Basil Issa's education history begins in 2003 when they started studying at the University of St Andrews. Basil pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics, completing their studies in 2007.

After several years in their field, Basil decided to further their education and enrolled in both Columbia Business School and London Business School in 2016. Basil pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at both institutions, completing their studies in 2018.
