Dan Altschuler

Dan Altschuler is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Unovis Asset Management, focusing on transforming the global food system through investments in innovative early-stage disruptors. Altschuler serves on the boards of several organizations, including NOVAMEAT, Black Sheep Foods, and Zero Egg, which aim to create sustainable, plant-based food solutions. Additionally, Altschuler contributes as a board observer for Abbot's, ANINA Culinary Art, and Oshi, and is a member of the Google Food Lab, facilitating transformative changes in food systems. With educational credentials that include an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana, Altschuler also participates as a limited partner in the J-Ventures Fund, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital fund.
