Eline Hordijk has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Eline started their career as an HR Intern at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1996. Eline then worked as an HR Coordinator at Compaq Computer Corporation from 1997 to 2002, where they served as the first point of contact for employees and management and also worked on HR-related articles and editing for the Employee Magazine.
In 2002, Eline joined HP as an Assistant Sales Consultancy Group, where they worked until 2004. Eline then moved on to Royal Imtech N.V, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the Group HR Director and also took on the role of HR Officer for Group Holding support staff.
In 2010, Eline joined Imtech ICT as an HR Manager, responsible for several business units with a focus on IT solutions. Eline was also a member of the management team and was involved in various HR functions from policy to implementation.
From 2014 to 2019, Eline worked as a Professional Assistant to the SVP HR Europe at Teva Pharmaceuticals, a company that focuses on making medicines for various conditions. Eline then joined Novamedia/Postcode Lottery Group in 2019 as a Management Assistant to the HR Director and the International Affairs Director. This international organization raises funds for charities through lotteries.
Throughout their career, Eline has gained experience in HR management, executive assistance, HR coordination, and sales consultancy.
Eline Hordijk completed their education at Hogeschool de Horst from 1995 to 1999, earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Eline then attended Expatise Academy in 2022-2023 to study Global Mobility. In addition to their academic qualifications, Eline obtained a certification in "Designing a Presentation" from LinkedIn in February 2021.
