Laura Steenman

Laura Steenman has a diverse work experience history spanning over eight years. Laura began their career as a Graduate Intern at Philips Research in 2013. Laura then took on various roles such as an Intern at Bureau Zuidema, Student Consultant Research Project at Study Association Sefa, and Sales Officer at ABN AMRO Lease. From 2016 to 2017, Laura worked as a Recruitment Consultant at mténv. In 2017, they held the position of HR Officer at ABN AMRO Lease and then transitioned to become a Learning and Development Officer a.i. at Intertrust Group. Laura also worked as an HR interim professional at Rvdb, where they fulfilled two interim assignments. Laura joined Five Guys International in 2018 and held roles such as HR Generalist a.i., HR Business Partner International a.i., HR Business Partner International, and HR Manager International. Currently, Laura is serving as an International HR Project Officer at Novamedia / Postcode Lottery Group, a company focused on charity lotteries and contributing to a better world.

Laura Steenman completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Groningen from 2010 to 2013. Laura then pursued a minor in Psychology at Uppsala University from 2012 to 2013. Following this, Laura earned their Master's degree in Applied Cognitive Psychology from Utrecht University in 2013-2014. Lastly, they obtained another Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Management from the University of Amsterdam in 2014-2015.
