Melissa Schumacher

Melissa Schumacher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Melissa currently holds the position of Group Program Manager IT at Novamedia / Postcode Lottery Group, an international organization focused on raising funds for charities through lotteries. Prior to this, Melissa worked at The Dutch Postcode Lottery, where they served as a Program Manager IT and a Project Manager in both IT and online departments. Melissa also gained experience at Morningstar, where they worked as a Senior Solutions Specialist/ Project Manager and later as a Client Relationship Manager, managing client relationships and executing complex projects. Melissa's earlier roles include Client Service Representative/ Migration Support at Royal Bank of Scotland and Financial administrative co-worker & Customer advisor at De Nederlandsche Bank. Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated their expertise in project management, client relations, and IT.

Melissa Schumacher holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), which they completed between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economy from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, completing it from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, Melissa has obtained several certifications, including Business English from The Square Mile in April 2021 and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2019. Melissa has also pursued certifications in Agile Project Management Foundation and Practitioner from APMG International and Claritas by CFA from CFA Institute. Furthermore, they hold certifications in PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner, both from APMG International.
