Virginie Kuijer

Virginie Kuijer has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Virginie started their career in 1998 as an HR Advisor and later became the HR Head at Portaal until 2001. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at VARA as an HR Advisor and Interim HR Head. In 2006, they joined Nationale Postcode Loterij as the Head of Human Resources until 2011. Virginie then joined Novamedia/Postcode Lottery Group as the HR Director, where they are currently employed. In 2014, they also started working as an Executive Coach at Virginie Mensenwerk.

In 2017, Virginie attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and completed the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program. However, no degree was obtained.

From 2011 to 2012, Virginie studied at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and obtained a Post Graduate degree in Executive Coaching.

Between 2002 and 2003, Virginie attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) and completed a Post HBO Mediation program in the Faculteit Rechten.

In the period of 1989 to 1993, Virginie received a Bachelor's degree in Personeelsmanagement from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht).

Virginie also holds a certification as a NOBCO/ EMCC Practitioner Coach, which was obtained in September 2019 from the Nederlandse Orde van Beroepscoaches (NOBCO).
