Ram Oron is a systems engineer and R&D leader with extensive experience in developing innovative optics technologies and managing multidisciplinary teams. Currently, they serve as a System Engineering Technical Manager at Nova Ltd. and previously held roles such as Lead System Engineer at Align Technology and Systems Engineering Manager at Applied Materials. Ram's notable achievements include co-founding KiloLambda Technologies, where they developed industry-standard electro-optic components, and leading the development of best-selling products at Orbotech. Ram is pursuing a Ph.D. in Physics at the Weizmann Institute of Science and holds degrees in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University and Tel Aviv University.
