Roman Gilman

Roman Gilman is an experienced HW & Electronic Engineer currently working at Nova Measuring Instruments since December 2020, where responsibilities include customizing product features and conducting feasibility studies to enhance product development. Previously, Roman served as a Hardware Engineer at Medtronic, focusing on design implementations and production optimizations for robotic surgical systems. Roman's career also includes a role as an R&D Engineer at NOVATEC, leading PCB manufacturing processes and innovations in energy storage circuits, and experience as an Electro Optical Engineer at iPhysicist, contributing to optics and imaging product R&D. Roman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned between 2009 and 2014.
