Roy Shtainman

Roy Shtainman has a diverse work experience spanning over the past 17 years. Roy started their career at Negevtech as a Field Application Engineer, where they worked for two years in the USA and the Far East. Roy then relocated to the company's demo center in Santa Clara, CA, for a year as a Demo Center Application Engineer, providing on-site support for customer evaluations. After that, they became an Application Team Leader at Negevtech, managing a team of four application engineers.

In 2009, Roy joined AcousticEye Ltd. as a Product Manager, responsible for connecting the market and company departments, developing technical documentations, and overseeing product development. Roy later became the Director of Product, leading product management, application, and customer support for three lines of products.

Since 2016, Roy has been working at Nova Ltd., starting as a Product Manager and being promoted to Director of Product Management. Currently, they hold the position of VP Product Marketing, where they define the product roadmap and priorities, conducts market analysis, and leads go-to-market plans.
