Shachar Paz

Shachar Paz is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the high-tech sector. As Co-Founder of Neurotrigger Ltd since January 2018 and VP of Hardware and Project Management at Nova Ltd. since September 2019, Shachar has a strong leadership background. Previously, Shachar held the role of CDSEM Product Line R&D Manager at Applied Materials from May 2015 to September 2019, overseeing product development with a significant sales turnover and budget. Prior R&D management experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams at Sarin from February 2008 to May 2015 to develop advanced systems for detecting inclusions in rough diamonds. Shachar's early career involved roles as a physicist at Applied Materials and as a UAV operator and system engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd. Shachar holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering and Physics from Tel Aviv University and an MSc in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electro-optics from Bar-Ilan University, alongside a business management certification from Tel-Aviv University.
