Tim Lillie

Tim Lillie has a strong background in sales and management roles in the semiconductor industry. Tim is currently the VP Sales and Service at Nova Measuring Instruments since 2018. Prior to this, they served as the VP & General Manager North America at Presto Engineering Inc from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they worked as the Senior Director, NAM and EU at Nanometrics from 2014 to 2015. Tim also held positions at Presto Engineering Inc, FormFactor, Intevac, Applied Materials, Applied Materials - Etec Systems, Genus, and Tokyo Electron in various sales, marketing, and management roles.

Tim Lillie attended Devry University and graduated in 1982 with a degree in Electronic Engineering.
