Marco Salvadeo

Marco Salvadeo serves as the Group CIO and Head of Planning & Control at Novamont since December 2001, overseeing a team of 10 and managing comprehensive budgeting and controlling activities for the company. Responsibilities include M&A due diligence, business and production planning, reporting, and the development of strategic IT initiatives aligned with company objectives. Prior to Novamont, Marco held the position of ISP Business Controller at Magneti Marelli, focusing on budgeting and project analysis, and began the career as a Research Assistant at Università Bocconi. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Economics from Università Bocconi and multiple master's degrees in Business Administration, Management, and Innovation Management from Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna.
