Paul Darby

Paul Darby serves as the Vice President of Marketing for Novamont North America, a position held since September 2015, after previously acting as Area Manager for the UK and Ireland. Prior to joining Novamont, Paul worked at Milliken Chemical from January 2002 to September 2015 as a Key Account Manager, focusing on sales development and account management within the plastic additives sector across multiple European regions. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Sales Representative at Hercules Inc., specializing in pulp and paper chemicals, and as a Technical Sales Representative at W.R. Grace, where Paul completed a graduate trainee program. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Liverpool, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
