Sheetal Sahel

Sheetal Sahel has extensive experience in marketing and commercial operations in the pharmaceutical industry. Sheetal is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing & Commercial Operations at Novan, Inc. Sheetal previously founded and served as the Principal of MQ Network, LLC, a strategic management consulting and marketing training company for small to medium-sized pharmaceutical organizations. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Vice President of Marketing/Head of Commercial Strategy at Cassiopea, Inc., where they were responsible for commercialization and played an active role in business development and financing initiatives. Prior to that, Sheetal was the Senior Director of Marketing at Novan, Inc., where they developed and presented strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team. Sheetal also has experience at Galderma and Galderma Laboratories, L.P., where they held various leadership roles in prescription marketing and franchise management.

Sheetal Sahel has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta. Sheetal also has an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business - York University with dual majors in Marketing and International Business.
