Alexandra Wood

Alexandra Wood is a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Novant Health since February 2024, with prior experience as a Nurse Extern II at Piedmont Health Care Center, where responsibilities included patient care and vital sign documentation. Alexandra completed clinical hours at Novant Health and Atrium Health during nursing studies at Northeastern University, gaining diverse experience in maternity, psychiatric, med-surg, pediatric units, and cardiac rehabilitation. Additional experience includes roles as a Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant at Evolved Medical, and various customer service positions at Chico's FAS, Inc. and Luxottica. Alexandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northern Arizona University and an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University.
