Chris Bowe

Chris Bowe, FACHE, currently serves as the President of the Triad Region at Novant Health since October 2025, leading the integrated health delivery network to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Chris held several significant positions at Atrium Health from June 2017 to September 2025, including President of the Greater Charlotte Market and Chief Operating Officer with responsibilities for patient care services, operations, financial performance, and quality outcomes across multiple campuses. Chris's earlier experience includes serving as President at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa-Medical Center and Vice President of Orthopedics and Neurosciences at KentuckyOne Health. Educational credentials include a Master of Health Administration from Ashford University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky.
