Heather Egan

Heather Egan, CFRE, serves as the Chief Philanthropy Officer for the Greater Winston-Salem Market at Novant Health since December 2014, overseeing a team of four development professionals and two foundations while shaping donor engagement strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing and Communications Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Development/Communications Director for Crayons to Computers, and Marketing/PR Representative at The Specialists Group. Heather also held the position of Division Director for the American Heart Association, managing fundraising programs across a three-county area. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BA from Kenyon College, along with a college preparatory background from St. Andrew's School in Middletown, DE.
