Janine D. has extensive experience in administrative support and management roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President at Novant Health since June 2021. Prior to this position, Janine held the title of Administrative Associate V, Clinical Outcomes at New Hanover Regional Medical Center from May 2016 to June 2021. Janine's career also includes a significant tenure at AAIPharma Services Corp., where various roles such as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Associate Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist, and Executive Assistant were undertaken from October 2006 to April 2016. Janine earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organizational Development with a Minor in Leadership from the University of Mount Olive between 2009 and 2011.
