Prior to Novant Health, Jon worked at Food Lion as a Senior Industrial Engineer, focusing on process measurement and improvement. Jon's retail experience spans over two decades, including significant roles at Lowes Foods as a Retail Store Manager and at Kroger Company as a Co-Manager, where responsibilities involved managing store operations and enhancing sales performance.
