Rob Brown

Rob Brown, MD, serves as a Physician Executive for Novant Health in the Greenville Area since July 2025 and holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve, a position maintained since 2020. Prior to these roles, Rob Brown was the Head and Neck, Facial Plastic Surgeon at Lexington Medical Center from October 2023 to August 2025 and worked as a Head & Neck Surgeon and Facial Reconstructive Surgeon at Greenville ENT Associates from July 2000 to October 2023. Further experience includes serving as Head & Neck and Facial Plastic Surgeon at Greenville Health System between August 2010 and September 2020, where Rob Brown directed the Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery division, enhancing surgical capacity and quality initiatives. Previous military experience includes serving as a Lieutenant Colonel and Major in the US Air Force Reserve at the San Antonio Military Medical Center from 2011 to 2014. Rob Brown obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Medical University of South Carolina, complemented by a residency in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery and further specialization in microvascular and reconstructive surgery.
