Stephanie Appling

Stephanie Appling, MPH, currently serves as the Vice President of Women’s and Children’s Services and the Women's and Children’s Service Line Leader at Novant Health since February 2017. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Senior Director of Operations at Inova Medical Group, overseeing primary care, endocrinology, and OBGYN locations from December 2013 to February 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Director at Inova Health System and Practice Manager at Sentara Medical Group. Stephanie began the career as a Senior Patient Account Representative. Academically, Stephanie holds a Master of Public Health in Health Management from Eastern Virginia Medical School and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from James Madison University.
