Following that, they worked as a Recruiter (IT and non-IT) at 1+1 media from April 2021 to September 2022. Currently, they hold a position at NovaPay, where they started as a Leading Recruiting Manager in October 2022 before being promoted to Head of the international recruiting project in July 2023.
Yulia Lysenko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from G.Skvoroda National Pedagogical University during their time there from 2014 to 2018.
