Tad Spence

Tad Spence, Senior Fund Accountant at NovaQuest Capital Management, is responsible for supporting accounting, financial reporting, treasury operations, and valuation functions of NovaQuest Capital and the NovaQuest fund entities. He also serves the financial statement audit process, satisfying reporting, and compliance requirements.

Prior to joining NovaQuest, Mr. Spence was an assurance senior associate at Grant Thornton. At Grant Thornton, he served on various financial services and asset management clients for three years, providing clients technical accounting expertise unique to SEC registered investment advisors, valuations, and investment fund accounting.
