Rob Kouwenberg

Rob Kouwenberg is an experienced professional with a focus on energy management and project development. Currently serving as PPA Manager at Novar since April 2023 and as Director of Windpark Creil B.V. since February 2018, Rob has extensive expertise in power purchase agreements, having previously worked at Topwind Consultancy as PPA/Contract Manager where a notable agreement for Waddenwind was signed. Rob co-founded The Team Building, enhancing the leisure industry by merging successful escape room businesses, and has been involved in various roles at Windunie and The Green Utility Company, emphasizing business development and operations in renewable energy. An alumnus of Delft University of Technology, Rob holds a Master’s Degree in Aerodynamics and Aeronautics.
