Daniel Crossen

Daniel Crossen is currently serving as the Education and Content Manager at Novarad since January 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel was a Product Trainer at JobNimbus, where responsibilities included creating in-app training guides in Pendo to enhance product adoption, conducting webinars, and managing client education to reduce churn. Daniel also held the position of Customer Support Technical Creator at JobNimbus, focusing on the management and enhancement of the company knowledge base. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Web and eLearning Designer at 3 Key Elements, where Daniel oversaw website management and content uploads, a Billing Manager role at Conservice managing billing for multiple apartment complexes, and various positions at Utah State University, including Staff Assistant and Custodian. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communications from Utah State University, achieved in 2015.
