Arvin Öhrn

Arvin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and fintech industries. As the Managing Broker of Residential Mortgage Lending and Founder of LOAN FINCH® since May 2020, Arvin specializes in advising clients on residential purchase lending and mortgage refinancing in California and Florida. In addition to this role, Arvin contributes as a volunteer at Bitlyrics.co, streamlining publication processes, and at OpenSats, enhancing donor relations and marketing efforts. Previously, Arvin co-founded and served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at BeSmartee®, where award-winning digital mortgage platforms were developed. Arvin has also held significant positions in real estate acquisitions and operations management, demonstrating a strong background in leadership and project management. Arvin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.
