At NOVARIC, our commitment to driving positive social and economic change is evident through the impactful outcomes created by our diverse range of services.
Employment and Training Services: Our vocational training programs have led to significantly increased employment rates and enhanced skills among participants. For example, individuals who complete our training often secure job placements or promotions, resulting in improved household incomes and financial stability. Many report an income increase of up to 30% within six months post-training, reflecting a direct enhancement in their economic security and quality of life. By bridging the skills gap in the labor market, we empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment.
Consulting Services: We assist organizations in enhancing their social and environmental impact through tailored consulting solutions. Clients who engage with us frequently witness substantial improvements in operational sustainability. For instance, by adopting the sustainability practices we recommend, one client organization achieved a 25% reduction in carbon emissions within a year. Such measurable outcomes not only contribute to their environmental goals but also enhance their reputation and engagement within the community.
Support to SMEs: Our services are specifically designed to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) facing unique challenges. Through our support, SMEs often experience significant revenue growth, with some reporting increases of up to 40% in a year. This economic empowerment enables these businesses to expand their market reach, hire additional staff, and reinvest in their operations. By tracking the revenue growth percentages and the number of new jobs created, we can clearly illustrate the transformative impact of our support on local economies.
In summary, NOVARIC’s offerings foster positive changes for individuals and communities, driving progress toward a more sustainable and equitable future.
