Kalpana Pareek

Kalpana Pareek has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare analytics and consulting. Kalpana started their career in 2007 as a Business Consultant at PharmARC Analytics Solutions. In 2012, they joined IMS Health as an Associate Manager. Kalpana then moved on to Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in 2013, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Forecasting and Manager of Business Analytics. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Team Lead in Insights and Analytics, and from 2020 onwards, they have been working as an Associate Director, leading the Insights and Analytics team at Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

Kalpana Pareek completed their education with an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) in SAS NAGAR, Mohali, from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) from Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Pharmacy in Pune from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they hold a certification in Data Science Foundations: Fundamentals from LinkedIn, which was obtained in 2021.
