Kara Adlington

Kara Adlington has extensive experience at Novartis, where roles have included Head of Pre-Launch Assets Cell & Gene Platform, Director of International Neuroscience, and Global Marketing Associate Director, among others, since joining the company in April 2012. Prior experience at Novartis, from October 2007 to October 2011, involved serving as a Specialty Sales Representative in Ophthalmics. Kara Adlington holds an Honours Bachelor of Medical Science degree from Western University and an Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University, both completed between 2002 and 2007.
