Debbie Sim

Debbie Sim has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Country Quality Head for the Asia Cluster at Novartis since November 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing patient safety and quality assurance in the APAC region. Previously, Debbie held various roles at Xepa Soul Pattinson (M) Sdn Bhd from 2009 to 2011 as a Pharmacist and Corporate Affairs Executive, and worked as a Regulatory Pharmacist at the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau from 2006 to 2009. Debbie began her career as a Hospital Pharmacist at Hospital Melaka from 2005 to 2006. Educational background includes a degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
