Emma Yao

Emma Yao is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Management & Leadership Development Manager at Novartis since July 2020. In this role, Emma focuses on developing initiatives to strengthen talent and leadership pipelines. Prior experience includes leading talent acquisition efforts at Bosch China and AkzoNobel, as well as a senior HR officer position at Deloitte China, where diverse HR functions were managed. Emma's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Nanjing Normal University and a current pursuit of a Master’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University.
