Jana Fournier

Jana Fournier currently serves as the Global Head of Employer Branding & Talent Enablement at Novartis since June 2022, previously holding the role of Global Head of Talent Enablement. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Merck Gruppe from July 2015 to June 2022, such as Lead HR Consultant and Global Head of HR Marketing & Communications. Jana's career also features an HR Marketing Consultant position at DEKRA and Manager of Strategic Employer Branding & Business Development at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. Jana holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and a Bachelor of Science in General Management from the same institution, supplemented by a study period at EADA Business School and Universidad ORT Uruguay.
