David Rosario

David Rosario is a skilled electrical and signal test engineer with extensive experience in both the medical and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Research Associate III at Cedars Sinai/Black Light Surgical, David specializes in developing automated electromechanical fixtures for laser experiments. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Verification Test Engineer at NovaSignal, where David tested hardware and software for medical products, and significant positions at Septentrio and HTx Services LLC, focusing on GNSS products and automated test fixtures for ATM machines, respectively.
