Mélanie Schilte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management, business development, and real estate. As the founder and manager of ForEvents Agency since February 2015, Mélanie specializes in organizing impactful events such as seminars, team building, and product launches, focusing on creativity and team performance. Concurrently, Mélanie contributes to NOVASOL as a Business Developer, overseeing property rentals in the Hérault and Aude regions. Previous roles include Project Manager at Moovit Events Languedoc Roussillon, Insurance Mandatary at Cap Assurances Santé, and various positions in real estate and sales, showcasing strong skills in client relations, negotiation, and logistics.
