Alessandra Vilches

Alessandra Vilches is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Contracts Manager & Counsel at NovaSource Power Services since September 2022. Prior to this role, Alessandra held positions at SM Prime Holdings, Inc. from November 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included developing relationships with key financial and operational leaders, managing legal documentation and compliance, and providing strategic legal advice.
