John Paul Ilao

John Paul Ilao is an experienced engineering professional with a background in automation and control systems. Since April 2022, John Paul has served as a SCADA Support Engineer at NovaSource Power Services, where responsibilities include responding to SCADA support requests, conducting root cause analysis on various SCADA-related issues, performing preventive maintenance, and onboarding new sites to fleet management. Prior to this role, John Paul worked as a Control System Engineer at Instrumentation and Control Specialists, Inc., focusing on PLC/SCADA systems and Wonderware integration.
